The copyright of each published article remains with the author(s). Bali Tourism Journal does not require authors to transfer copyright to the publisher. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and distribute the article in any medium, including digital, print, and archival formats, under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

When a manuscript includes figures, tables, images, or other content from previously published sources, authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from the copyright holder prior to submission.
Materials reproduced without proper permission may result in manuscript rejection or, if discovered post-publication, necessitate correction or retraction.
Author Warranties
By submitting a manuscript, authors warrant that:
They are the original authors of the work
The work does not infringe third-party rights
Permissions for reproduced materials have been obtained
The work has not been published elsewhere
They have the authority to grant the rights described herein
Moral Rights
Regardless of the open license applied, the moral rights of authors are preserved in perpetuity. These include:
Right of attribution — to be credited as the author
Right of integrity — to object to distortion of the work
Right of withdrawal — before publication, in exceptional circumstances
Note: moral rights cannot be transferred or waived and exist independently of copyright. Attribution must always be given even when an article is used, adapted, or distributed by others.

All reports will be investigated promptly. The editorial team will respond within 14 working days. Confirmed cases will result in correction, removal, or retraction of the relevant content in accordance with COPE guidelines.
